Welcome to Pulse Now! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pulse Now mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
The App allows users to generate content, such as text, images, and videos ("User Generated Content"). You are responsible for all User Generated Content that you submit to the App.
You agree not to submit any User Generated Content that is:
Pulse Now reserves the right to remove any User Generated Content that it deems to be objectionable, without notice to you.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors on the App:
Pulse Now reserves the right to terminate your account or restrict your access to the App if you engage in any prohibited behaviors.
Pulse Now owns all intellectual property rights in the App and its content. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its content without the prior written consent of Pulse Now.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Pulse Now makes no warranties, express or implied, about the App or its content. Pulse Now does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the App will be free from viruses or other harmful code.
Pulse Now shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pulse Now harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
Pulse Now may change these Terms at any time without notice to you. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pulse Now with respect to the App.
